Twin Peaks on the Hunt for New Talent in D-FW

Dallas’ ultimate man-cave restaurant recruits “Lumber-Jills” for newest area restaurant in Irving

Twin Peaks, the Dallas-based mountain-lodge themed sports restaurant, is opening its seventh D-FW area location next month and is currently holding auditions for friendly girls to join the team as Twin Peaks Girls.

Located at 1500 Marketplace Blvd. in Irving, the new restaurant will be the concept’s largest D-FW location measuring out at 9,000+ square feet. It will also feature the first Twin Peaks “ice-house,” designed to display the bar’s 32 kegs on tap. The main lodge will also include 38 high-definition televisions and multiple video games such as Golden Tee.

“We’re excited to debut this new spin on Twin Peaks’ signature look in our hometown,” said Randy DeWitt, CEO of Twin Peaks. “Not only will the ‘ice-house’ be impressively set at the front of the restaurant, but there’s also going to be a 360-degree indoor fireplace and a 360-degree bar, giving guests their pick between ‘fire and ice’ so that’s going to be a fun feature.”

To outfit the new location, Twin Peaks plans to add more than 100 Twin Peaks Girls to the North Irving talent roster. No previous restaurant experience is required for consideration.

Joining the team as a Twin Peaks Girl comes with perks such as flexible scheduling for school, tanning and fitness packages, a fun work environment with great tips and contests to win shopping sprees and vacations. Twin Peaks Girls also wear the pro-cheerleader-inspired “Lumber-Jill” costumes and have the chance to star in national modeling opportunities.

“We got our start in Lewisville, Texas and now I think it’s safe to say that Twin Peaks owns this area,” added DeWitt. “We’ve got such a great fan base here that we have three more locations planned to open in and around D-FW by the end of the year. It really is an exciting time to be a part of the Twin Peaks team, especially as a Twin Peaks Girl. We’re excited to see the level of talent that comes out for auditions in North Irving.”

To audition, potential Twin Peaks Girls are invited to stop by the North Irving location, daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Prospective applicants should arrive dressed to impress as positions are in high demand.

Applications are also being accepted for more than 60 kitchen and staff positions. For more information, call (469) 865-4911.
